Using other email clients (email programs) to receive and send emails

First of all, let us encourage you to use Webmail or Gmail  to manage your emails if possible.  Both are simple to set up and easy to use.

If neither of these options is available to you and you are using something like Microsoft Outlook, Mac Mail, or Thunderbird, we encourage you to contact your IT provider for set-up and troubleshooting assistance.  They will be familiar with your system and can provide the most straightforward guidance to you.

If you've already done all that and are now turning to us for help, please be aware that the process can be $ expensive $ because it may take some time for us to sort through the intricacies of your particular set-up.

If you still want us to help you, here's what we'll need to know from you to get started:
For example -- a desktop Dell or Apple iMac or iPhone or iPad, etc.
For example -- Windows 7 or Mac OS X version 10.6.8 or iPhone iOS 4.2.8 (8E401), etc.
For example -- gmail or iPhone mail or Outlook, etc.
For example -- Outlook 2007 (12.4518.1014) or Mac Mail version 4.5 (1084), etc.
